Good reading at Trader Mike’s
Wow, there’s a ton of good linkage up at this week’s Carnival of the Capitalists. Trader Mike is the gracious host this week. Trader Mike’s website was the focus of a writeup in Barron’s online edition this weekend, so he’s really getting a lot of exposure lately. My series on ‘The Secret Art of Managing Your Boss’ is in this week’s COTC.
There’s a lot of great writing represented there, so go visit. But be sure to read Phillip Wilson’s entry about double-loop learning. He really dials it in and makes some great points. He’s also, like me, a big fan of Peter Block (Flawless Consulting is one of my all-time favorite business books). I think I feel some entries about Block’s writing coming up…
