Unleashing the Wow Factor in Your Business
Looking to unleash the Wow Factor in your business? If you’re managing people, you need more Wow and less Bleh so you can get even greater results from those around you, and from you!
How can you do it? Start by admitting you can’t do it alone, and that it’s a team game. The more you realize you need help, and sooner you ASK for the help you need, the better off you’ll be.
Where can you get started? Start with Eric Eggertson, who put together a great roundup of posts called Finding the Wow Factor.
What will you find? 2 great articles on Wow on your blog, an article about Wow writing, Wow marketing, Wow customer relationships, Wow leadership, Wowing your customers, Wow consulting, keeping the Wow factor and Wow thinking and persuasion. My article about Hiring Wow was also part of the round-up.
As a manager, each of these articles can help you find more Wow for you, and for your team. Unleash them one at a time, or all at once, and you’ll get more wow, and less bleh!
Why Wow? Wow managers inspire those around them to do GREATER things that those without the wow! You do want MORE results, don’t you?
I’m curious what you think…How can YOU Wow your team, your manager, and your company more today? What tips and tricks have you used to get over the Hump Day Blues?

Hi Phil,
Nice follow-up on Eric’s Theme Day post. I was pleased to be part of that and to have you link to my post at Home Biz Notes, too.

Phil - good stuff. I’m my Ph.D. program we’ve discussed employee engagement. It is a hot research topic. It essentially asks how can you “wow” your employees so they go around all day with a “wow” attitude doing “wow” work “wowing” the customer. Okay, I went overboard with the wow, but you get my drift.
