Are you traveling this holiday season and thinking you may not have enough room in your bag for all the gifts you’re sharing with family and friends?Check out Monica Ricci’s fantastic travel hack: stuffing your dress shoes inside your sneakers. Monica warns this may not be suitable for those with really expensive dress shoes, though I would argueBig Shoes to Fill if your dress shoes cost you so much you need to carry them packed extra specially this holiday season, and you don’t have the room in your carry on for the 2 pairs of shoes, that you just may want to check your bags.Or get a life. Up to you :)Speaking of travel hacks, Dwayne Melancon of Genuine Curiosity shares how he got cheaper flights from a site called Yapta. Gotta love saving money over the holidays. Thanks Monica and Dwayne for your holiday travel hacks!  Now we can all travel more simply and with extra money in our pocket this holiday seasonPhoto credit to majorvols

Thanks Phil for the mention. I’ve been a traveling fool all fall and winter so far, with more to come, and I’ve still not checked a bag, even for a two-week trip. Woohoo!

Monica - Congrats to you for not checking a bag. That’s simply amazing! WOW!

Billiga - I think it is possible to carry on all gifts for family and friends, though I would recommend you ship it ahead via Amazon or via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx so it can get there without being crammed.
