Day 9 & 10: The 12 Days of Management

Welcome back to part 5 the 12 days of management. Our series will end on the 25th of December.

Each post has 2 days of management:

• The odd number days focus on what I receive from my manager
• The even days focus on what my employee give to me. 

Day 9: On the ninth day of management my manager gave to me nine specific gestures of appreciation and thank you in one week. She shared her appreciation and gratitude that made me more committed to her and other organization. Do you think I am going to work anywhere else when I have such a great relationship with my manager?

Day 10: On the tenth day of management my employees gave to me: 10 great suggestions on how to improve work flows and processes. They are closer to the actual work than I am and their input is what makes the work more efficient and effective.
