Day 7 & 8: The 12 Days of Management

Welcome back to part 4 the 12 days of management. Our series will end on the 25th of December.

Each post has 2 days of management:

• The odd number days focus on what I receive from my manager
• The even days focus on what my employee give to me. 

Day 7: On the seventh day of management my manager gave to me seven seconds many times a day to really notice me. She really let me know that she saw me even when she was busy.

Day 8: On the eighth day of management my employees gave to me: 8 new problems to work on. We sometimes see problems as nuisances and irritations yet problems are the gifts employees give to us to keep us employed and contributing.
