What a great thing to wake up to Phil and David; mahalo nui loa for the donkey pearls! My goodness Phil, next time someone asks me which links to start with on their Managing with Aloha travels I’ll just send them here —especially since I might be kicking around in the pen having a grand old time with the two of you and Lisa. We all get a kick out of your work too guys, and so this is quite an honor, thank you so much.

David - it was my pleasure to include Rosa. She is an amazing mentor for me, and I continue to learn from her with every post she makes.
Rosa - the pearls don’t do you justice, and if I were more artsy, a Hawaiian lei would be a better fit for you. Still, you deserve this award for so many reasons. Had I a month to write them down, still it would not be enough. Thank you for all YOU do to help us be better managers!

Bravo for a great selection, Phil and David. Rosa’s work is inspiring. As I shared with her recently, she offers something genuinely nourishing for managers and leaders, not just fast food! Her generous spirit shines through!
