New blog: Manager Tools
Just ran across a nice new blog today, via the referral log: Manager Tools: Tools for Manager and Leaders. Lots of good content and much of it is in podcast form.
Two text pieces that you probably don’t want to miss, though, are the template for one-on-one meetings with staff (very similar to Rosa’s Daily Five Minutes ) and the great sample email for setting up the weekly appointments.
This is timely stuff for me. Starting a new job soon, with new staff, I really want to help foster a culture of communication. These are the little things that go a long way toward doing that.
