Busted Tees rocks
I really hate that term: "customer delight." Totally bugs me. It makes me imagine silly people tickling one another. Not that I have anything against tickling, mind you (or silly people, for that matter). Just ask my son…
Anyway, I had a customer service experience today that actually was delightful. I think it might have been my first. I ordered a t-shirt from Busted Tees and just did the standard shipping. After getting my confirmation email, I realized that I should’ve ponied up for the expedited shipping in order to have the shirt here by the weekend (hint: Mother’s Day). I wrote to their customer service folks asking to upgrade my shipping and acknowledging that I’d need to cough up another $7+ bucks.
Imagine my surprise when I got a note back a short time later from their inventory folks saying that they’d upgraded the shipping at no charge! What?! I was way more than $7 worth of stoked! Busted Tees rocks and so do their fulfullment folks at Sureshiponline.

I placed my second order this month after reading your site…thinking my last poor experience with busted tees was a fluke…Ordered 3 in stock on May 3rd…and they are telling me they shipped them on the 16th…buyer beware…no phone number for Busted tees to call…and if they ship the wrong size…tough luck…I love your site….but Busted Tees suck…

Another really awesome t-shirt site is NoiseBot.com (www.noisebot.com). Not only do they have many funny designs that you can get on any tshirt color you want, but they also have their designs on hoodies and bags. The prices are excellent and they shipped it right away!

I placed an order with Busted Tees last Wednesday and then immediately wrote them an email to change my shipping method. To this day, I have not heard back from them. Hopefully I will have the good customer service the first guy talked about, but I am doubtful…no phone number to call worries me.

I bought a shirt at http://www.piratemerch.com and received my order in a similar fashion, I needed it by my son’s birthday, it was actually this great skull and bones onesie. I got the shirt on time, it really made my day.

Busted tees is okay. They are a little too cliche for me. My favorite site for kick ass t-shirts is http://www.rockstartees.com. They have tees that make me die laughing. What better two things in life than sex and laughter: All wrapped up in a t-shirt. I got my shirt in 3 days. You all should check them out!

Busted tees has some funny shirts, but it took a while for shipping. I order a Hasselhoff and Chuck Norris shirt from http://www.donkeyts.com. It was there in 4 days. I got to pick what color and the type of my shirt too, that was another plus. These guys are also on ebay and have like a thousand positive feedbacks. Anyway I like Busted tees too.
