Be a guinea pig

by Bren on May 18th, 2005

Lisa Haneberg, of Management Craft, is extending an extraordiary offer to readers. She’ll be leading up to four small groups of people in a two week process dedicated to making breakthrough progress towards a goal. She’s offering detailed planning services and individualized, daily coaching for two weeks.

There’s always a catch to stuff like this, but hers is pretty palatable. You need to be available via email or phone every day for two weeks; you’ve got to dedicate about 60 minutes each day to the process; you’ve got to speak English; have a decent internet connection with the ability to access and use "webinar" software like WebEx; and finally, you’ve got to be comfortable being included in her upcoming book.

If it sounds like something you’d dig, send Lisa a note at ‘writerlisa at gmail dot com’ (but you’ll probably want to read her full post first). I think I’d love to do something like this, but I really can’t spare the time these days…it sucks to come to honest conclusions like that. I’ll be really curious to know how this turns out.

Bren - Thanks for spreading the word. Just a couple additional points for your readers. The 60 minutes/per day doe not have to be all at once, and the amount of time you put into it will vary throughout the 2 weeks. Sometimes, the action that takes only 60 seconds makes the greatest difference.

The daily connections are really flexible and can be at different times each day. Most will be done via blog and email. Some phone and just a couple webinars.
