Super-size the boss
Here’s a tip for building good cheer throughout your office. Find a picture of your boss (bio pages on corporate websites work well), then feed that picture to the rasterbator (I know…what a name). Adjust the output size to 4×4 (sixteen sheets of paper). ‘Course you can do it as big as you want, but the 4×4 is big enough to be impressive, yet it doesn’t take a ream of paper. Be sure to tell it you want 7mm dot size and you want to draw a border around each image. Print the resulting pdf document, trim the pages along the border and assemble your poster. Tape it proudly to the wall of your breakroom.
Now send an email to the whole office asking who put the new dartboard in the breakroom.
There some prerequisites, of course. You’re either wanting to get on the fasttrack to those unemployment checks, or you’ll need a boss with a good sense of humor.

I love it. But what do you suppose us folks who are our own bosses should do? I could put such a poster up in my office, but my wife might accuse me of some major self-love. Oh well, there goes my ego-reduction therapy. Thanks for the chuckle, Bren.

Hi, I should have posted this comment for the last post, but I thought you wouldn’t see it, so it’s here! (sorry!)
A couple of posts back you talked about del.icio.us and with the last post (Jedi one!) you introduced Spurl! So which one do you think is better? Or more widely used? I tried Spurl as well, and the interface is much nicer (and you get a sidebar!) Thanks.
