Beatitudes of customer service
Today is my turn to mumble about customer service over at Business Thoughts. My topic is the Beatitudes of Customer Service.
Customer service is one of those areas where, for me, business and faith converge. I’ve long admired the Sermon on the Mount for it’s unique vision of pragmatism and optimism. I figured that maybe I could translate a bit of that into some customer service thinking. It might be a bit of a stretch, but go have a look. Leave a comment on Business Thoughts if you’d like to give me some feedback about the ideas.
I’ll probably post the whole entry here, sometime next week…

I left a comment for you at Todd’s place, however I was compelled to come back and visit you here too to urge all your readers to get over there right now.
I think what you’ve written is magnificent, and something we must all take to heart, mind, and soul.
Mahalo for sharing it with us.
