More slack
Okay, one more quickie post. I’m still intending to finish reviewing the ‘Slack’ book, but until then, this’ll have to hold you over. Frank Patrick knows the drill! He quotes a great post from Joyce Wycoff, and just NAILS the answer (at least, according to me).
She asks:
So what are you doing or what could you do as an individual to create thinking time for your self and for the people who work with or for you?
And Frank’s one liner is: “Create slack!”
